Ragnhild Groenning is a Research Associate at The Arctic Institute. She manages social media content and output at the Institute, and researches how international laws and organizations affect state behavior in the Arctic. Ragnhild is also running social media platforms for the High North Dialogue (@Dialhighnorth), the High North Center (@Nordomradene), and Arctic Business (@Arcticbiz). She is a Fulbright Scholar and a Masters student in International Affairs at the Elliott School at George Washington University.
Ragnhild holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo, where she focused on international politics and international law. She is currently writing her Masters thesis on security institutions in the Arctic.
