Ragnhild Groenning is a Research Associate at The Arctic Institute. She manages social media content and output at the Institute, and researches how international laws and organizations affect state behavior in the Arctic. Ragnhild is also working as a research assistant at ARENA Centre for European Studies at the University of Oslo.
Ragnhild holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo, where she focused on international politics and international law. She also holds a MA in International Affairs from the Elliott School at George Washington University, where she was a Fulbright student. She wrote her masters degree on the possibility of military cooperation between Russia, Norway and the US in the Arctic.
